Terms and Conditions for Ladies Camp Dubai No. 2

Welcome to ''Všį Moterys gali'' company, and thank you for visiting our website at www.emilijaroad.com. By purchasing a ticket for our Ladies Camp Dubai No. 2 ("Event"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase and Payment

• Early Bird Price: The ticket price is €3500 if purchased before October 1st 2025.

• Late Registration Price: The ticket price is €4000 if purchased between October 1st 2025 and October 5th 2025.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

• All prices are listed in euros and are subject to change without notice.

3. Limited Capacity

• The Event is limited to 10 ladies. Once the maximum number of participants is reached, no further tickets will be sold.

• We reserve the right to refuse the sale of tickets at our discretion.

4. Inclusions

Your ticket includes the following:

• Accommodation: 3 nights in double rooms at 5-star hotels (with breakfast), 1 night at the ''glamping'' Desert stay. The first accommodation destination (excluding the city where the camp starts, which is Dubai) will be revealed only 12 to 24 hours in advance.

• Activities: Pilates, hike, cycling

• Transfers: during the camp (fuel included).

• Experience: Buggy rides, water surprise

• Refreshments: drinks, sports snacks, water, and soft drinks.

• Photography: A professional photo session.

• Program: Program: 5-day camp program with surprises. Detailed program information will be provided each morning or evening.

5. Exclusions

Your ticket does not include:

• Flights or airport transfers.

• Personal expenses or additional meals not specified.

• Travel insurance.

• Optional excursions or activities not listed in the inclusions.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Ticket purchases are final, but you may receive a 50% refund of the purchase price if you cancel your ticket by September 21st.

• After September 21st, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

• If the Event is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.

• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant, subject to prior notification to us. The original ticket holder is responsible for all aspects of the transfer, including selling the ticket, handling payment, and providing all relevant information to the new participant.

7. Waiver of Liability

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that participation in the Event may involve personal risks, and you voluntarily agree to assume all risks associated with your participation. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify ''Všį Moterys Gali'' from any and all claims, damages, or losses. 

8. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Event without a refund for inappropriate conduct.

9. Photography and Video Recording

By attending the Event, you consent to photography and video recording. We may use these images/videos for marketing and promotional purposes.

10. Invoicing

If you require an invoice for your company after the purchase, please contact us at adventure@emilijaroad.com or via WhatsApp at +37060370247, and we will prepare a special invoice as soon as possible.

11. Adventure Acknowledgment

The buyer fully understands that this is a surprise adventure experience, where details about the accommodation and daily programs will be provided shortly before they occur.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued participation in the Event after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, Dubai.

Sąlygos ir taisyklės Ladies Camp Dubai Nr. 2 

Sveiki atvykę į ''Všį Moterys gali'' , svetainę   www.emilijaroad.com. Įsigydami bilietą į mūsu Ladies Camp Dubai Nr. 2 (’’stovykla“), sutinkate su šiomis sąlygomis. Atidžiai perskaitykite prieš pirkimą.

1. Sąlygos
   Įsigydami bilietą, patvirtinate, kad perskaitėte, supratote ir sutinkate su šiomis sąlygomis.

2. Bilieto pirkimas ir mokėjimas

   • Išankstinė kaina: 3600 € (iki 2025 m. spalio 1 d.) ir 3500 € mokant bankiniu pavedimu.

   • Vėlesnė registracija: 4000 € (nuo 2025 m. spalio 1 d. iki 5 d.).

   • Mokėjimas turi būti atliktas perkant. Visos kainos eurais, gali keistis be įspėjimo.

3. Ribotas dalyvių skaičius
   Renginio maksimalus dalyvių skaičius - 10 moterų. 

4. Į kainą įskaičiuota:

   • Apgyvendinimas: 3 naktys dviviečiuose 5 žvaigždučių viešbučiuose (su pusryčiais) ir 1 naktis „glamping“.

   • Veiklos: Pilates, žygiai, dviračių sportas.

   • Transportavimas stovyklos metu (įskaitant kurą).

   • Gėrimai, sportiniai užkandžiai.

   • Profesionali fotosesija.

   • 5 dienų stovyklos programa 

5. Į kainą neįskaičiuota:

   • Asmeninės išlaidos

   • Skrydžiai ir pervežimai iš/į oro uostą.

   • Kelionės draudimas

6. Atšaukimo politika
   Galite atgauti 50% bilieto kainos, jei atšauksite iki 2025 m. rugsėjo 21 d. Po to grąžinimas neįmanomas. Jei stovykla bus atšaukta iš oganizatoriaus pusės, bus grąžinta 100% suma. Bilietą galima perleisti kitam dalyviui informuojant organizatorių.

7. Atsakomybės priėmimas
   Dalyvaudami, sutinkate ir suprantate, kad dalyvavimas gali turėti asmeninių rizikų, ir atleidžiate ''Všį Moterys Gali'' nuo bet kokių nusiskundimų, nuostolių ar žalų reikalavimų.

8. Fotografavimas
   Dalyvaudami, sutinkate su fotografavimu ir vaizdo įrašymu, leidžiate naudoti šias nuotraukas rinkodaros tikslais.

9. Sąskaitos faktūrų išrašymas

10. Nuotykių sąvoka.
    Suprantate, kad tai yra patyriminė nuotykių stovykla.

11. Sąlygų pakeitimai
    Mes galime atnaujinti šias sąlygas. Jūsų dalyvavimas po pakeitimų reiškia sutikimą su naujomis sąlygomis.

12. Taikomas įstatymas
    Šios sąlygos bus aiškinamos pagal JAE, Dubajaus įstatymus.
